yesterday we had to stay at the  tamaki college and then we have to take our bag and we had to walk to the hall and it was cold and then we had to sit down and then we saw lots of schools from different schools and then we  made  a friend from another school and then after that we had to wait until the teachers from tamaki college calls our name from the tag to hang around in our neck and then the tamaki college leaders had to lead us so we have to run and finish of seven questions and whoever  finishes and come back to the hall is the winner and then we started and we ran to different places around the tamaki college school because it was big and then we had to write it down on the paper and after that we had to run back to the wall and we have to guess all the flag from the back of the wall and then we had to sit down and then it was Morning Tea and after that we have to eat our Lunch and then we had to eat and then it was done and after that we had to do some more looking for clues and after that we had to play for how much long and after that we had to switch into our groups and then we had to  keep searching for more clues and then we came back to the hall and then we had to eat our lunch  and then after we eat all of our Lunch we had to get  into a line and then we had to get into two groups and then we had to go outside and we played capture the flag and then we got tired and then we came inside and we sat down and we were tired and then we had to play treasure island and then we had to switch to the next round and then we had to hold the white pipe and you have to put the ball and you have to make it all the way and back and then it was finishes and then we had to walk back and then we took a photo and then we started walking home and it was fun.

Today in Technology we had to rush into school and got my netbook and my case and i put my bag in my locker and then i had  t check if my netbook was full and then i was nearly dead so i had to go to the other side of the  class and then i had to sit with my friends and then we had  to wait  for the people to come in the class and we had to wait and then when everyone is here we had  to line up and then the girls walked first then the boys and then we had to wait until miss Aireen  Counts us and then we walk into the bus and we sit down and then we had to talk quietly  and then Miss Aireen Said to the Bus Driver and then the Bus Driver started driving and then we had to wait until we get to technology and  then we had to wait  for the driver to come and then we had to line up and walk down quietly and hop onto the bus and sit on a seat and then wait  for the driver to take us to tamaki college for Technology  and after when we arrived then we had to wait and the Teacher said the hard materials go and they got out and lined up and the grahas turn to line up and then it was cooking and then we had to walk into Our houses and do the Learning or something and then when it was finish we had to wait for the bell to ring and then we would walk back to the bus and sit down and wait for the rest of the others to come and when everyone is done and the bus driver started to drive us back to school and then we had to walk back up to our class and then we had to out our netbook away and get our Morning tea  and it was fun going to technology and it was fun Cooking too.

Step1- dry  Ingredients 2 c of S.R. flour 1 c of sugar  1/3 c of cocoa Boil 1/2 c of water 
step 2 -  Wet Ingredient 2 eggs   tsp vanilla essence 1 c  of oil 1/2 c of milk 
step 3- after you combine Wet & Dry  ingredient  lc of hot water mix well and bake 180.s for 15-20 mins


so for Technology we had to put our netbook away and then we had  to get our aprien and we have to wear it and then we had to line up and wash our hands and then we had to wash it with soap and water and then dry our hands and then we had to get the ingredient and then we had to mix everything and then we had to put it in a baking tray  and then we have to wait for an hour to wait until it is finish and then after that  to check if it is cool and rising up  and then we had to get a stick to poke if it is hard and then after that  we had to get the cream and top it up onto the chocolate cake and clean up the mess and then eat  your cake and then just blog about what you did and then when the bell rings  we  could just wrap it up in foil and take it back to school and eat it at morning tea.

Malo Lelei my name is fine and today i will be Talking about Athletics day  so Yesterday there was Athletics and then we had  to come with our colours of the house and then we have to go to our house and then we have to add paints onto our faces and blow  up balloons and then we take it to our house and we decorate it and then when the bell rings we go back to Our class and then we had to do the roll and then we line up and we go to walk outside and we have to line up in our lines and the we had to wait for tobruk to stand up and they had to take their flag and then they sang their song and then benghazi got up and then we had to take our flag and then. we had to  walk around the bike track and then it was tripoli walking around the bike track and then it was Alamein  walking with their flag and then we had to walk into our tent and we have to sit down on our tent and then we  had to start the race and then we had to go from year 1 to year 8 and then we had to wait until we race and then we had morning tea and then. we came back to our house and then we had to race the field again and again and again and then we had a lunch time and then we had to come back to our tent when the bell rings and then miss Ashley had to call out the name of the houses to run on the field and around the bike track  and then some houses had to do the house chant and then we had to cross our fingers and then Miss Ashley picked the winner and the winner was Benghazi and the Benghazi people started cheering  and we were happy.

Step 1- Dice the Onion  and Fry until it  is Soft.
Step 2-  Add  Mix Vegetables and Cook until it is Soft.
Step  3- Add the Mince and Fry until it is Cooked. 
Step 4- Add Tomato Soup and Mix Well.
Step 5- Serve into white Bowl.


So what i enjoyed about Technology Cooking is that you have to mix the Vegetables and the Meat and make sure The Onions are  cooked and then just fry until it is well  and then cook it until it is soft and  after that  add the tomato soup and then just add the rice on the plate and then just add the mince gravy into the rice and add with salt and then just  take  a photo  and  add  it to your blogger and clean up and then  start  blogging and then eat and then start Cleaning and  wait for the bell and i really enjoyed Making Mince Gravy  with Rice it is Awesome.

Step  1- Mash the Bean Using the  Mask Potato Masher
Step 2- Dice the Onion Red Pepper

so the best part about the  Bean Vegetables patties that when we have to Make it into a Square or a circle and then  put it into the Pan and then wait for it to b brown and switch it and  then just wait until it is done and then just  take your  Splatter and Take It from the pan and put it into your plate and then add to sauce or BBQ  Sauce onto your pattie and Enjoy your Pattie  and also put bread on the bottom of the pattie and then put the patty  on top and then  just add  something on top of the pattie  and take and then take a photo and put it on your blog and  Your Done.

Step 1 -The top of the pizza bread with tomatoes sauce.

Step  2- Dice the Red Pepper Tomatoes Red Onions and Ham.

Step  3- Spread all your vegetables ham cheese pineapple on top. put sauce on top and bake for 15 mins.

so what i enjoyed about Cooking  Chocolate Muffins That it is yummy to make Chocolate Muffins and here are the ingredient to make the Chocolate Muffins is to use 1/2 of flour and then you use 1/2 of coco into  the flour and then you add the Sugar into the flour and the coco and then we have to open the  Oven and then we have to put our muffins into the Oven and we have to wait until  it is 10:10 and then we take it out and the we have to clean the stuff and dry it and put it back to where it belongs and then we wait and blog about what we just baked and we take a photo and then we take a photo and then we sever and then we eat and Enjoy.

                   WALA: TO COOK Lasagne 

                     Step 1 - Boil Lasagna  with two cups of Water until i is soft 
                                         step 2 - Cook mince  until it is  cooked Add Sauce, Cheese,          
                                         step  3 - Taste , add salt spices ete.
                                         Step 4-  Severe in a plate and Enjoy  your meal.

  SO the best part about Cooking Lasagne is that you have to boil the Lansage and you have to add two  cups of water  onto the Lasagne and then i had to mix until the mince untill it is cooked and then cook the sauce in the pan and add the cheese into it and then add a little bit of cold  water so it could not stick  and the you have to taste and add some salt to it to make it look yummy and then you could add spice or salt to make it yum and you wait until it is cooked brown the cheese has to be brown and when it is Ready You Can take it out from the Oven and turn off the lever and then we have to get a serving spoon and do half of the Lasagne and then take a photo and share  i to your mail and then we eat and then we clean the spoon and the bowl and then we put our aprien away and then we get our netbook and blog about what we Just cook today and what i felt about cooking was i makes me happy because cooking is my favorite

 thing to do in Technology.

On Friday we had to come and dress in tongan and then we had to put our bag away in  our locker and we had to get Ready to performance and we had to take off our shoes and socks and performing with feet  and after that we had to come off the stage  and  we had  get up and  do the other dance and some people got money  because that's how tongan do and he other people  had to performance  their dance in front of the whole class and families and some families came to dress their kids up  really nice and people got money  and then when it was our turn we had to dance nicely  and everyone sitting down had to try their bests  to do the dance  and it was great after the dance we had to walk back to class with bare feets and then we had to put on our shoes and then we had  to wait until we  had to go down and get some food to eat and then some people go upstairs and they were watching a movie  and when i came back up stairs people were watching a moive and they were about to go to the other side  and then we had to stop the movie and we have to go back to the other side and then we had to  eat our lunch before going outside and then when it was home time we had to get our bags and wait until the bell rings and then everyone gets to go outside and get to go home  and  people like enjoying Tongan Languages week and it was fun for me too i wish i could do it again.

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today for technology we are swapping groups once again. I used to be in hard materials and now I am finally in cooking! I personally think that I am a good cook, so I can't wait!

We arrived at technology and line up inthe middle of the class, the teacher Ms Tuipulotu told us all about where the equipment goes what we were going to be making. We Were making a Tuna Salad. Andthe steps to make is it. My Partner was Coralee.

Step 1 - Boil Pasta with 2 1/2 cups of cold water boil the pasta it's soft. 

Step 2 - Drain the water from the pasta while using the Colander, and wait till the pasta has no water left. 

Step 3 - Dice, Onion, Red peppers and Tomatoes

Step 3 - Once you cut the veggies you put them in a bowl and mix the pasta and Veggies together.  

Step 4 - Once you mix those together you now add Tuna and the Mayonnaise

Step 5 - Now you serve on a plate.

I really liked the Tuna Salad, but one thing i could work on next is to help my Partner more, Coralee. She diced all the Veggies and mixed everything together asI watched the pasta and drained it. Coralee ended up closing her eyes in the photo.
